Q: What if am not satisfied with one of TML Staffing worker?

If you are not satisfied with a worker, we will be more than happy to replace the worker, as soon as possible.

Q: Does TML Staffing provide transportation?

Yes we do. If it is necessary.

Q: What kind of training do you provide?

All of our workers are trained on WHIMIS & Basic Health & Safety. We require the client to train our workers on job XXXX

Q: How am I billed?

You will be invoiced every Monday for the previous week which runs from Sunday to Saturday. Please pay all invoices in net 15 days. Invoices can be mailed, faxed or E-mailed.

Q: How are the TML Staffing workers paid?

Our workers are paid weekly. Every Friday its pay day and worker's cheques are printed and ready for pick-up. We can also deliver the cheques if there are large number of TML Staffing workers at your location. Each and every TML Staffing cheque's have all the required government taxes applied plus 4% vacation paid out; we can assure this with our 100% Money Back Guarantee.

Q: What is your over-time policy?

By law we pay our workers over-time pay after 44 hours weekly; overtime hours are billed to you at times and half of the billing rate.

Q: How can we hire a worker?

After the worker has completed 450 hours, you may hire them at no further charge. If you would like to hire a worker before they have reach 450 hours, please call us and we will assist you in bringing the worker on to your payroll.

Q: How many hours can TML employees work in a week?

TML Staffing has approval from the Ministry of Labour to allow our workers to work a maximum of 60 hours per week. Our workers are not to be used over 60 hours per week.

Q: Who is Responsible for the time sheets of the workers?

TML Staffing will send you a weekly time sheet with the worker's names. Time sheets will be sent to you every Friday. Please fill in the hours and send it back to us by Monday so that we can invoice you and pay our workers on time. You have your own method of time sheets logging, you can send us your copy of the time sheets.

Q: Who pays for the WSIB and Government Taxes?

Every temporary worker sent to you by TML Staffing. We are responsible for deducting and remitting Government taxes and also covering them under WSIB. We will also take care of the vacation pay, XXXEs and T4s; we can assure this.

Q: What is TML Staffing policy on hiring illegal workers?

Xxxxx tolerance on hiring illegal workers. We only hire workers that are entitled to work in Canada. Every worker must provide a copy of their SIN card and a valid photo ID in order to work for TML Staffing
